Get the latest version of Python (3.10.4)

To get started I simply want to download and install the latest version of python.  This will force me to install any packages that I might be missing.  If you struggle to install python then keep trying!  Or just use the one that you have.  Its all good. Unless you have python 2.  Then you are dead to me.
